Tricia and John wrote this song as part of a songwriting workshop sponsored by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.  With the help of over 60 hospice workers, they captured the passion, poignancy, and purpose of the work they do in providing care to people at the end of life.  It emphasizes the joy and healing that can occur at the end of life, and the outstanding work and commitment that hospice workers provide as they help navigate this journey.  This Song is dedicated to these phenomenal workers and the patients they serve.  Proceeds from the sale and performance of this song will support their work and programs by being donated to the National Hospice Foundation.
